Abercrombie & Fitch froze my merchandise cards I got after I returned items at the store. About 4k in total cards. I have emailed the company, and they have been communicating back well. They gave no explanation why they froze my cards. The last email they sent me said 'the cards can't be unfrozen'. I have the receipt to when I returned the items and received merchandise cards for them.
