ELIZABETH: Supervisor for Shop # 10424 - Bakersfield, California

She's exhausted my persistence, as this is actually the NEXT and never the very first time I've been handled so chilly, apathetic and unprofessional by her.

I usually visit my nearby A&Y to look and that I would rather proceed early to prevent long-lines. Evidently, she is usually in the shop each time I drop by to go to.

She Is been really in line with her attitude in my experience and that I am unsure if she's exactly the same method with other clients.

She walks around me as though I'm not current. I've never obtained an easy introduction from her. Neither could she laugh or recognize my existence (such as the additional store colleagues). She makes me believe I owe her a debt of appreciation for buying in her shop. The trigger of me publishing this notice was my experience along with her today. I contacted her in a municipal method, informed her I needed to test on 2 sets of trousers with me and there she moves again - stolid experience, searching past me, exposed the dressing room doorway so when I acquired within the space, condemned the doorway behind me.

I'm so sick and tired of her! Her shop, particularly the purchase ledge region is wholly disorganized, sizing isn't actually on arbitrary purchase and that I am referring to 20 mins following the store opened

Please do anything about this. If that might be the kind of supervisors that you simply employ for that shop, then assume individuals to simply purchase elsewhere. And yes, I chose to purchase at Hollister and American Eagle instead. I'd instead help a shop that's excellent people helping me than helping a shop whois individuals are totally cool, snob, apathetic and unprofessional.

An incredibly unhappy customer.
