Don't buy from them

I bought a set of Nike teachers in my own community Footlocker on Sunday, 22 September. Upon attempting them on the several occasions athome, I understood these were too tight, therefore in the first chance, i.E. Five times later, I delivered them, seeking a larger size. I was amazed once the helper explained (which beggars belief) that, since I'dnot stored the container, they mightnot do the trade. I attempted to cause with stated shop-assistant, but was getting nowhere, and so I requested to talk to somebody in expert, i.E. A supervisor.

He essentially gave me exactly the same rule, that we clearly was not likely to take. I attempted to describe in phrases of 1 syllable that nowhere about the bill did it state "no trade without initial container", as well as for a shoe-shop to state they mightnot resell them simply because they did not possess a box to place the m in was completely ridiculous.

Ultimately, after much to-ing and fro-e, the supervisor explained to return on Sunday, as their till was not operating (???) and he could not do the trade that evening. I'm going in there on Sunday, but when I actually donot possess a sufficient result, I'll be getting this towards the interest of Trading Standards and, certainly, Which Journal, when I have the community possess a to learn about the terrible customer support available at FootLocker.

I will safely say I'll never create another purchase as of this store, as well as in potential may purchase my sportswear from the trusted store.
