Efuse to stand by defective products, awful customer service

I bought a set of hot gloves for $350 from cozywinters.com on December 16. They worked reasonably well — NOT excellent and never anwhere near what their site stated —for that first 4 or 5 occasions, then quit functioning entirely. At that time, it had been away from one month return interval.

I sent the gloves back for fix/alternative on January 27. It's today March 15th, nearly two complete weeks later. The wintertime has ended, and that I have yet to get the gloves back. I talked having a customer support repetition, who explained she could not do something, that I'd to email the boss/entrepreneurs. I did so so-and received no response.

I then named & talked to some boss. I discussed that I had been unhappy using the efficiency of the gloves even if these were operating, they had damaged after just a few uses, which I had been unhappy using the item or even the period of time CozyWinters has already established them while awaiting restoration. I discussed that I'd gotten almost no use from the items this winter which because it has become around, I'dnot have the ability to check them again until next winter, once they would be totally from the manufacturer guarantee.

The boss was arrogant and argumentative and essentially explained I had been from fortune. The corporation has terrible customer support and offers costly and faulty items to customers without standing by them. I submitted a problem using the BBB and am publishing as numerous unfavorable evaluations when I could online. So that they saved themselves $350 and dropped ideally many potential clients. Wise business training!
