Battery Heated glove Purchase

I purchased a pair of battery heated gloves in November. They worked as intended until the right glove started flickering on/off anytime I moved my hand. This happened around June. I called Cozywinters.com and was told they were still covered under the 1 year warranty. I was sent an email with instructions which meant I had to ship them back to them for repair. This went very smoothly and I received back a a pair of fully working gloves. I was very happy they were covered with a warranty and that it was so easy to get fixed.
