Terrible Item/Worse Service

I requested a product for my child - it required per month to reach. While it did, it had been within the incorrect dimension and have been customized improperly. I reached out for them via telephone - their customer support point continues to be disconnected. After I achieved somebody by email, he was fairly unresponsive, declined to recognize herself, insisted I invest money to help return it, and really started a person support email, "Guy".
