Internet order placed, obtained one automatic reply confirming purchase placed, and that I noticed my charge card billed for that price.

4 business days later, the purchase continues to be unshipped on the site, and also the cust. Svc quantity solutions, but can't-get after dark speech selections to keep in touch with a live person. Attempted 20 times to no avail.

Delivered email seeking day the purchase is likely to be delivered, no solution yet.
