$43.99 taken from my account. 3 weeks later purchase still "In Progress" of being shipped., Dewey Beach, Delaware

Went online, made a purchase at the website on 9/1 @ 9:31PM

Got my billing statement 9/16 - telling me that on 9/3 the money was taken from my account.

The phone number listed for East Coast Fashions Inc. On my statement is 321-984-8474.

Hindsight, being 20/20.. That's three different phone numbers so far... I didn't catch it when I placed my order.
