False advertising about shipping deadlines

I requested 2 sets of UGG shoes on December 8. They assured delivery within seven days to my doorway, by December 30, I don't ask them to. I will monitor them, they're still about the airplane at the moment on the way towards the Usa. I've sent them-and they are doing react, stating climate, etc. They did not actually deliver them out-of their factory until 12/15/10. Simply dissatisfied, but my problem for not purchasing directly from UGG. Lesson learned!
