I never received my order and company is refusing to refund my money

I requested many swimsuits in December; I waited in regards to a month 5 for my purchase but never received it. I eventually named the organization and talked to some consultant when it comes to this issue however they were of no aid. They continued providing me the round around each time I named. I did so anything in my own capacity to solve this problem actually visited the purpose of calling Fed-X to provide me info when it comes to what-ever occurred towards the bundle. At this time I've yet to get my cash back.
