Bad experience

VERY BAD experience. Purchased boardshorts from their store that did not match. Delivered them by myself cent after which i obtain a phone stating that boardshorts aren't a returnable product. They stated that boardshorts are swimsuits and swimsuits aren't returnable per their return policy. Their return policy particularly notices swimsuits as not returnable, but-don't note boardshorts. I get where these are related products, BUT... The class where I came across these pants is known as Swimwear & Boardshorts. Therefore my issue for them was — is not it complicated to create a difference between Swimwear & Boardshorts after I'm buying, however only listing Swim-Suits within the return policy? In the minimum it is complicated for that client... in the very worst it is scam. Therefore following this telephone call, I requested that I be called back with a supervisor. 6 days later no-call back... And so I called them back... Talked for the same guy... Asked him why no body named me back... He explained these were sticking with their weapons... I expected him then why-didn't he contact me back... He explained he really was busy. Therefore to sum things up... Return policy is jacked, customer support is jacked... Which means = no further client.
