Joe Ritchie, Swapselltrade.com Fails to ship in timely manner, rude, unaccommodating

We have been doing business for a short while with Joe Ritchie, aka SwapSellTrade, and have had a problem with getting our orders in a timely manner. The most recent incident, they failed to ship in the manner originally requested, which was expedited. Mr. Ritchie claims to own all the product he is shipping and does not dropship; however, his excuse for slow shipping was that his "vendors" are in various locations and that smacks of drop shipping.

He advises that he "cannot" provide tracking numbers; however, on this last order he provided a tracking number. When I contacted him regarding the shipment of the order, after words were said, we cancelled our order with him and severed our relationship. I cannot and will not deal with deceptive and rude individuals.
