I requested a set of back-requested Steve Madden shoes from Nordstrom online. These were likely to vessel about fourteen days after I put the purchase but, instead, on that day I had been informed of the wait.in regards to a week later I named to talk t / a person service representative. Who explained they'd deliver that Sunday. Sunday I obtained a voicemail recommending another item. I named and was educated they would not have the ability to satisfy my purchase simply because they were not receiving anymore of the shoes I'd previously requested per month earlier!!! I had been mad and extremely disappointed. They merely stated these were sorry and did nothing to create up for that trouble. I've NEVER experienced such bull, particularly not from someplace with this type of excellent name for support.
