Fell apart

My partner ordered me a set of these shoes (that have been not inexpensive) and within month the plastic began breaking. It appeared as though they'd dry-rotted within the locations where they separate. We're super furious and therefore are likely to allow the shop we bought them from to tell them of all of the grievances. We shall allow the shop itself understand we recognize it isn't their problem. They're not those who created the shoes.
