My account had several holds for online purchase

I'd bought three sets of sneakers from Steve Madden online to get a whole of $95.29, including s&h. The next day, they delivered out one set. Later that evening, another two sets were delivered out. I then examine my bank account online-only to discover they've two keeps on my consideration, one for $95.29 and another for $57.00. I contact customer care to determine the problem. They inform me The organization needs to place these supports in your consideration to guarantee the resources can be found for cost. The $57 store is for that two-pair of sneakers delivered out together. After which the client service representative informs me my consideration may have ANOTHER your hands on $32 bucksapproximately for that 2nd delivery. Why on the planet do they have to place each one of these keeps on my consideration, I never got a right solution, because it was some Indian individuals who held addressing the telephones... WTF?!? Can not anybody in the USA talk Language anymore... Number! Not spanglish... LANGUAGE please! So anyway the client representative informs me the $95 store won't approve but is likely to be eliminated when the $32 cost strikes my bill. Sadly B C of these supports Steve madden had on my banking account, my account was NSF. Our lender subsequently billed me and OD charge... This really is simply not correct. Why on the planet did Steve Madden have to place each one of these supports on my bill. And so I tried calling customer care AGAIN to protest, just for them to inform me that "that's so just how our bodies works." Exactly what a fantastic solution... in my experience this doesn't appear authorized. The organization set nearly $150 in supports on my bank account, despite the fact that my purchase was just for approximately $95 bucks...
