Liz and comapnay rolling luggage
Wheels broke off on first use

I bought JC Pennys Liz and Organization Rolling Luggage. On my first journey the leading wheels locked up and would not move. The baggage was too large for me personally to get making me to pull the carrier which broke off the wheels. This baggage was very costly, about $ 150.00 for that big moving suitecase. The thing is is the fact that if it seems to be misuse of them they'll not do the repair. I'd to pull the luggage since the wheels wouldn't move, I couldnt simply choose it-up it's too large and that I am an extremely little individual. So what can we do to obtain this mounted?
