False advertising & bad policies

I have ran into two distinct events where this site has screwed me over.

#01. Delivered a that didn't fit correctly. Outfit price $54.99. Place it in its initial packaging and delivered it in a regular issue. Got a contact later having said that, "Cheers, your return hasbeen obtained and you'll be acknowledged $49.49 (price of gown - 10% discount employed)." I really could hardly obtain the gown on not to mention utilize it

#02. Chose to provide Modcloth another attempt since I required (but still do require!) a good dress for New Year's Event. On two distinct places on the site, it stated anything across the outlines of, "have it by New Year's Event! Free overnight delivery with promocode 'hurryup'! Purchase by night 12/28!" I requested at roughly 11:28 P.M. Cst, 12/28. The web site didn't identify which time-zone these were in, but I thought because the present was still up, they have to be possibly CST or PST (in the place of EST), and so I could be secure.

2 days later with no purchase. Actually, it'snot actually delivered. It is still pending. I appeared plus they are based out-of Pa, therefore the signal possibly just worked in the event that you got your purchase in by 11:59 Orient, not CST like I did so.
