Goodhart Shoes
Simply awful

These folks decreased my nice ninety-year old mom to tears. Annuallyapproximately previously, my mother described that her toes were worrying her, which she was considering purchasing orthopedic shoes. Considering there is virtually no time such as the present, I slipped what I had been performing and went her to Goodhart Shoes. I'd been garden, and was wearing old garments. Our mom, that has macular degeneration, gowns eccentrically. Whenever we strolled within the doorway, the worker seemed us down and up and requested, reluctantly, if he may help us. Our mother stated that she was searching for cozy brown shoes. The worker responded, in a put out tone, "that isn't the way in which it works below. WE select the sneakers for you personally, you do not reveal what you need." Confused, my mom requested, "Cannot I choose a shade?" The worker responded, "Woman, I believe you're within the wrong location. You-can't afford shoes below." Our mother, who's really nice and never used-to being spoken to in this manner, began to cry. I went her out.

I've never, ever endured a retail encounter this terrible in my own living! Since, I've known the (ironically-named) Goodhart Boot people as "the boot nazis." I can not imagine how they will have remained in operation.
