Shoes broken after 10 days

I've requested ugg shoes, didn´t got a verification email but nonetheless obtained the sneakers after 10 times. I've used them max. 10 times plus they are currently damaged. The only of the remaining boot is dissolving, there's an entire within the remaining boot and that I had soaking wet toes after 10 minute. Even when they r not the initial ugg shoes, substance must keep going longer then just 10 times. That's an enormous ripp off. I approached them how to proceed and also to provide me a delivery address to deliver back the sneakers and requested for full refund. I don´t anticipate something in the future using this but happily my lender is declaring back the cash in the charge card.
