Can't get promised refund

Monterey Bay Apparel promotes "no-questions requested discounts", but simply attempt to have it! Our delivered deal was obtained at their factory more than 3 1/2 months before. After 3 telephone calls and an email, they acknowldge getting the bundle and guaranteed the reimbursement, again and again. I've not gotten it yet. May change them directly into whichever company I will and not conduct business together again.
