My husband wanted a PediPaws purchase. It arrived in at twice the total amount he explained he'd taken care of it. Much to the shock, we subsequently obtained another (unwanted) purchase. I declined the extra purchase and delivered it on 10/03/08. Upon my first phone (at the conclusion of Oct), I had been informed they'd only obtained the bundle on 10/27. Please allow 10-14 business days for that reimbursement. After 2 weeks, I called again. This time around I had been informed it'd be expedited and that I once more, might have the reimbursement within 14 business days. I simply called again, 12/15. I requested to talk to a boss who requested me how I delivered it. I informed her which was unnecessary, since their on documents confirmed it returning for their factory in March. She stated, once more (they're usually really apologetic) I will anticipate my return briefly. After taking the cash from our consideration, I will observe they're simply wishing after 8 weeks, we'd simply overlook. Be cautious coping with the corporation.
