Defective merchandise and bad customer service

I purchased a set of working pants on 5/9/09 while visiting family. After I got house 60 kilometers away and attempted them on I came across the magnetized plastic robbery preventor still mounted on the pants and was not able to have it down, making the pants unwearable. There's no Activities Authority where I stay.

I called the shop to protest. The supervisor was precisely apologetic, but his only recommendation of aid was that I consider it to some regional Big Five, which also offers exactly the same products and have when they might take it off.in my experience, that speaks volumes concerning the insufficient curiosity about sustaining an optimistic corporate picture and client relationships. I'm not likely to do this. I'm likely to keep the pants till I am over this way again, after which return them, and not store at Sports Authority again.

If that is common of the stringis perspective toward clients I will just think about two phrases: Circuit City (which, possibly karmically, was situated nearby for this Sports Authority). Good riddance to bad companies.
