I got my wife’s top and pant to obtain dry cleaned at Somerset Products on January 12. On January 15 I visited get get the garments. The top had lots of fuzz onto it, lines, and spots. I reported about this and also the cashier at that time employed a lint cleaner to wash the top. After I questioned him why a dry-cleaned top would need to be washed having a lint cleaner, he didn't reply. I reported even more and he decided to upgrade the outfit (i.E. Dryclean it again). After I went house, my spouse realized that the trousers had dust and much more lint onto it. Additionally, the pant’s wrinkle was all messed up. On January 19 I visited get the top and demonstrate to them the trousers which were not washed accordingly aswell. Once the top got up, I observed more lint and locks onto it. I again questioned why it was not washed. Exactly the same cashier who had been there last moment I went arrived. I subsequently confirmed him the trousers plus they began utilizing a lint cleaner again to that we reported. Again I questioned why I settled to obtain the garments drycleaned once they obviously weren't washed. At this time, the person got my garments from the hook and carrier and flung them at me. I subsequently required my money-back and he confronted me and stated that he'd toss my garments on the road and operate his vehicle over them. Then he explained to obtain out-of his shop. After I requested for my money-back, he actually pressed me out-of his shop and attempted to seize my garments from me. He also mentioned he might cost my charge card for 3 times the total amount simply to train me a training.

These people do a terrible work and need anger-management classes along with it. Steer clear.
