Ruined my clothes

I cleaned my garments within the visitor laundry area, and place my garments within the dryer also it ruined it with reddish areas. I reported and also the resort delivered my garments to some dry-cleaner and also the reddish places did not emerge. The supervisor stated she'll purchase the dry-cleaning, but that is all she may do. She arrived lacking blaming me that my garments might've been the trigger.
