Rude customer service/untimely delivery

Seller is very rude and very unprofessional. Didn't have the clothing items done promptly. Actually, she didn't have the common courtesy to notify us concerning the delay. Whenever we went to choose our garments, she said they were not prepared. Didn't offer an apologies and was the most vulgar feasible individual. Never get your apparel hemmed or washed below... Operator lacks a myriad of customer service skills and what it requires to operate an effective company.
