Never got jersey that I purchased

I bought a custom Dallas Blackhawk jersey from Split Clothing on July 19. I had been informed that it'd be finished inside a month and shipped in my experience. I've attempted repeatedly to get hold of this merchant. Lastly in Sept I had been educated using a telephone discussion the tops out of this occasion were being delivered the very first of March. It currently mid-November, and that I still haven't acquired the jacket.
