I ordered the Derrick Rose Jersey and I have yet to receive it

My boss and I ordered the Derrick Rose Jersey. I asked for a Medium which is the smallest size that was available. I was sent a Large Jersey that fit me like a dress. I spoke to Craig, the owner and he keeps telling me that he is going to mail me the jersey.
