Sneakers never gotten!

In March I requested sneakers online, and not rec'd. Them. Our Credit card was billed. I named the telephone number on the site, however it never was responded, or were my emails.

Our further disappointment continues to be coping with the charge card lender-Bofa—long maintain times, then getting threw off—not able to find the correct division—more lengthy hold times. Nevertheless haven't solved this cost.
