I've been buying "Clarks" sneakers for 15 years (I am betting roughly 19 set of Clarks) & will always be "completely" satisified. Within the final year, I bought a set of dark slide in shoes. Style # 35281. Within six months, the sewing round the sole began to come unstitched & then your single "split over the whole base of the boot". I required them back again to the shop & was informed I had a need to create my criticism online. I completely realize that, but WITH THE several sets of Clarks I bought there, I'd have believed they might did anything to displace them. The worker is most often the one which waits on me everytime, therefore it is never as although they do not understand me. Like a customer, I just wish AS YOU ARE ABLE TO make a move to assist me substitute the sneakers that I really like to use. This is actually the very first time I've available a for this diploma & I'm uneasy doing this, but I'm very sure that that you don't wish to shed me like a customer.
