I booked and prepaid hotel through this company last year, for a big tradeshow in Anaheim. The company had phone and fax issues and were hard to get ahold of, lost receipts and agreements, especially after being paid.

The day before our trip I call the hotel to confirm our reservations for myself and employees travelling from our company and the hotel could not find them.

IEA is again hard to get ahold of, but when I finally get a return call they say the hotel had been sold out. I have already paid IEA a few months ago for housing at this hotel. I have never received money back or notice of us not having reservations so i wa sexpecting tto have hotel rooms for myself and the other employees, since this was a service I had bought from IEA.

The manager says he will see what he can do for me. Like a favor. He calls back and says he got us in to another hotel. This hotel is on the other side of the road and causes us having to take a shuttle every day instead of just walking to the conference center.

I never receive a discount, money back, an apology or even a follow up call.

I count on mistakes and delays here and there, but this company totally fails in organization, manners, customer service and experience, I would have been better of searching and doing my own reservations.

I will never use them again and I have told our partnering companies not to do so either.
