Sheehy Ford Of Richmond, RIPOFF damaged my car and wouldnt fix

I took my car in for service to have the seat tracks replaced on my '94 Ford Crown Victoria. While the car was there the Service guys damaged the rubber seal around my front door. Not only that they screwed the seat down on top of my rear floor mat, damaging the mat. If it wasn't bad enough that they damaged the car, they gave the car back to me and didn't say anything about it. Hoping I wouldn't notice.

After I confronted them they agreed to fix it. Today I took it in to get the repairs done. They replaced ONE floor mat in the back it was the WRONG COLOR and WRONG SHAPE for the car.

As for the Rubber seal around the door they said the part was no longer available and they couldn't fix it. So I have to live with the ripped seal around my door. This lets air noise and rain in the car. What a deal... Oh they did offer to give me an OIL CHANGE for my troubles... Big deal... Needless to say I dont want them touching my car again.
