I am so sorry that I decided to use their car wash. They have caused damage to a 2009 luxury vehicle. When I attempted to discuss the matter they refused to accept responsibility or acknowledge their actions. The car wash itself was substandard and their prices are higher than most of the competitors even though the service is awful.
