This is horrible & a terrible way to run a business

I visited BEAVER LINES & MOLDING SUPPLY…in phoenix arizona, 2839 T. McDowell Rd, phoenix arizona, 85009.602 269-8000. On 11-09 they placed on molding about the attributes of both gates, i visited my regular carwash. The best side molding got free about 1/2 inch within the entrance. This enough that it'll get scammed next time I actually do visit the vehicle wash if it comes off-again I'd like them to repair it properly. Since this time around, they just included recording & stick to it. Today it shines more then before. These were rude to me. & said I will be cleaning my vehicle manually!!! I've invested. 00,80.99, & 20.00 & 153.00 to date together performing artwork & moldings for my vehicle. The master MICHAEL WHITE. Provided no support, & stated visit a diverse vehicle was rudely to my experience. Making fun of me. And holding on me. I told him I'd record him towards the BBB, & he explained he didn't care. & laughed.

That is terrible & a dreadful method to operate a business. I've had 3 vehicles, & vans that went through together without any issue. Which was when TRUDY went & possessed the company, she was a pleasure to complete business with. This new operator MICHAEL WHITE must be much more customer support focused, if this molding comes off today i wear ‘t understand where you can proceed, I'll never conduct business together again. When I don't feel comfortable there.

Please make certain he's documented. I've invested $308.99 to date.in addition to a decal underneath the molding peeled away, they're not washing the vans area adequate. I really could perform a greater work! I I appeared the when they did & now it shines even more, it'll certainly come down today. Pleas help me understand this scenario mounted. Thanks
