Motors ripoff, Deceptive Trade

My wife went to Don herring to BUY a car. We wanted Something for us and four children. We saw the advertisement zero down. When we decided on the Montero we wasn't qualified. I called my mother and she agreed to co-sign for us to get whatever we wanted. So we decided on the Diamente.

The salesman told us that we didn't qualify for that car either. We told him that my mother was going to co-sign for us. We told him that she didn't live here in Texas. He said that he had to talk with the finance department. So he came back with the okay and we called her on the phone. He talked with her and he asked her for her social security number and driver license number to run a credit check. He saw that she had A-1 credit he ask her could she fax in a copy of her information.

Talking with her he told that she would be co-signing for us to buy a 2002 Diamente. She agreed to fax the information. He told her that since she wasn't here in Texas he could Fed-ex her the contract and he will high the area she would have to sign. He told her that the Guy will bring the contract to her and all she has to do is sign and give it back to the guy. He lied because we all thought we was buying this car. Now we are stuck with this car and a big family of 7 now. We can't trade because We will be upside down and 23,000 still owe and they are reporting us late. What Can I do. Is there a Class Action Lawsuit Against Mitsubishi. Can I get some Help!!!
