Smashed Pizza - Pizza

Called in a delivery order for large pizza at 5:00 PM on 11/17, pizza was delivered after receiving a call from delivery person needing directions at about 5:32 PM, which is really not an issue with me. After delivery I discovered the pizza had apparently been dropped on it's end, smashing all the ingredients into an unrecognizable blob at one end of the box. Bla, bla, bla... After 6 phone calls to the place and receiving responses from another replacement was in route twice to the manager was too busy to speak with me I finally spoke with the manager who had a refund delivered to me that was $3.50 short of what I had paid for the pizza not including the tip I gave the driver. Never will I purchase from this company again after this experience, in addition they will need to increase there advertising in this area because I will be the source of a negative ad campaign for a very long time... This took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to resolve... Which is totally ridiculous for the delivery of a pizza. We ended up going out to get something to eat at a restaurant. What a waste of time. Don't do business with these incompetent people... What a joke!!!
