Tires worn out - Chevy camao

I bought a new car, my first, from General Motors last year. The tires are worn out in 25,000 miles and they won't even help me but new ones even though they are warranties for 45,000 miles! Because they are performance tires?! They are still suppose to last 45,000 miles! I can't afford new tires every year! I guarentee the next ones won't be perelli tires and my next car won't be a General Motors car!
