Cardealone.com / Sold me a car and the engine blew before I got it home

Last week I was in communication with a company in Dallas selling a car. After a few emails back and forth we couldnt come to terms on a price so the sale was dropped my end.

A day later the dealership pursued the sale and agreed to drop the price, so I purchased the car over the weekend. The engine blew on the way home.

I have it in written communication that the dealer claims the engine was running strong and without issues, and after I had dropped the idea or buying the car, the dealer pursued the sale. The dealer now washes their hands of the incident and refuses to do a thing about it.
