Saban's rent a car do not rent a car from them! Car rental hell!

DO NOT RENT from them! They are a ripoff and their reputation should go down as "jerks" in the car rental business. Upon returning the minivan (ugly, messed up, wheel alignment bad, tires bald, doors heavy and slow to close!), we came upon a guy who was to take us to the airport after we were to return the car. We said we needed to pick up our deposit because it was cash. First, he said he couldn't do that because he didn't know how. I proceeded to tell him we would then have to wait for someone who could because it was $200 in cash. He then walked into the office and (low and behold!), he asked for our contract and then said he would be back. He came back out (after watching us unload our children and our luggage) proceeded to say we were then going to take the shady looking car we had for the week. He would drop us off in that. We had to haul everything back inside the minivan and get our children back inside with their car seats.

The "driver" then proceeded to tell us that we were only getting $18 back from our deposit because of the fees for a shuttle (which was not told to us was a cost), and that we would be charged for insurance (when we never were asked for proof of insurance like a REAL CAR RENTAL AGENCY!). They assumed that we wouldn't have insurance and then charged us $118 for 6 days of renting the car along with the car rental. SHADY COMPANY!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

After getting home and calling their company, they gave a phony cell number of their "cust service line" to ask about the contract. And then proceeded to tell me that I was crazy for calling back several times to get the right number! WTF?!? I am a customer you just ripped off and you expect me to just sit back! Really?! Ugh... NO! After calling 3 more times to talk to a manager, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I called back again and they gave me the run around and also answered the phone each time with a different company name!

Shady part of town they are located in! Shady cars! Dirty and filthy! Shady company!
