Hallie Gerovac Ameriprise Auto Drags Feet on Claims

One of their clients collided with our car. The police issued their client a ticket, hence they were clearly at fault. Ameriprise offered to pay us 50% of the damages, even though there is no question that their client is at fault. Here's the email we received from their customer representative:

We do have some room to move, however we would not be able to cover 100% of your damages'.
