Lied to and downgraded

I went to Fred martin concerning a vehicle. Brought all documents that were necessary. The salesman stated we needed more information so we were not able to complete deal and sign papers that day. Came back a couple days later due to my fiance's schedule brought the remaining needed. He had it reviewed and stated everything is a ok. I was very excited and just over joyed. We went to the finacae department signed all necessary documents like reatail installment sake contract, odometer info, warranty info, recived a registration for BMV, delivery report and more. Payed down payment and also payed $200 to get my policy started. I am the buyer my fiance the co-signer. The 4 days later i recieve a call stating more documents need filled out, i informed i couldnt drive up there to do so, so they faxed them over to me we filled them out was informed thats it all done. 5 more days my title still pending the lady transfered me to a guy name Kirk Slemmings. He stated that the car is not mine and the paper work doesn't mean i have purchased the car. Thats weird because it is a contract. He states well your insurance is not good eneoug, mind you it is full coverage in my name. He states well we need more information from Fred's job that we clled and human resource was not in. I called Fred and called this guy back and Fred called the office and his job said no one called their. Then he says you should be happy that any bank wants to deal wth you concerning your credit history, that this is a shock and alot of money they will be investing, he goes on to say that i was not deserving of such a vehicle and that if i dont bring in additional documents then the sale is void. I asked him if the paper work i filled out is no good then their is nothing to void. I felt very be littled and this has caused an extreme of eotional stress. I informed him if the contract is no good then i will return the car since he is stating that it is not any good. Today i woke up very sad because the car has to go back as he is stating. I feel that he has prejudged me and have decided that im not worthy of such a deal and wants the vehicle back. He lied about calling Fred's job, he lied about the contract in my eyes not being legal, but what can i do, gthey are pending me so that i cant get plates, so soon the car cant be driven anyway. Then Fred reviews his credit and the car is already on their if it's not ours how is this so. I feel very worthless as if i have tried to change things for my family concerning better and to be downgraded as this makes me feel like im steps back now. He also stated that i dont make enough money for a car like this. My family has seen this car i have informed my family and friends that now i will have better transportation to get back and forth to college for my bachelor degree already completed my paralegal degree. All the excitement of me thinking the deal is legal and now to be told that it's not by Kirk Slemmings is shocking. Please help me and my child find a good vehicle so i can finish school and get to were i need to concerning work. I have been in tears from how he has talked to me.
