Tries to sell you something you don't need and won't refund on warranty

I got new brakes on my car and shortly thereafter they skreeched terrible. I took the car back and they said it was my shocks. I checked with a couple of mechanics and they said no way. I thought forget it and when I need brakes again, I will go somewhere else. Well, 2/3 of the way through the warranty the brakes were gone. I took it back again and they said they would give 1/3 off new brakes. I did not want them to touch my car again as my sister had issues with them trying to sell her a whole new aircondiitoning unit for her van and when she went to another place they said it was only low on freon. I checked out several other places to get new brakes and they all just laughed when I told them where I had gone. I e-mailed the company and someone called me. They called and I told them the story again and asked for a refund of the remaining portion of the warranty, and he said no way.
