Tried on numerous occasions to contact them regarding damaged parts upon delivery of my Scooter. Filled out the claim form and no one will answer calls or emails. Do not buy from them

Purchased a 150cc Scooter from the comapny which was delivered with a punctured tire rim as well as a burnt out headlight, torn seat, and scratches. Called the warranty department and was instructed to take photos and fax in the claim. From that moment NO ONE would get back to us. We have tried calling and emailing for over a month now with no response. They wash their hands with the product after they have your money and you get what you get in return. Buyer beware!!
