Tom Rabiola calls himself the general manager only because he owns part of the dealership. Superior Brookdale Ford management is a bunch of snakes. This dealership operates like it was selling cars in the 1960's. I bought my first and last vehicle from these sharks.instead of working with you to resolve simple business issues they will sue you in a blink of an eye! It is hard to imagine how they stay in business. Worst of all if the manager is proved wrong they will make the sales person take the fall.
