Will Not honor transmission warranty—Beware

Terrible!!!

Terrible!!!

DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY— I am out $850 for a transmission that does not work and they will not refund. They lie and say they had the transmission checked when I returned it — how does that make sense? They will pay to have it looked at when it's returned but not before they sell it to some trusting customer?

Audi checked the transmission when it was installed, gave the installation a thumbs up, and these guys said that it was installed incorrectly and that's how it broke.

Will be taking them to small claims court with my letter from Audi stating that the front pump was working (duh, that's how they fill a sealed transmission) and that the transmission itself had a catastrophic failure.
