Installed wrong parts ruined transmission

Took my brand new Chevy Avalanche in to have a aux transmission installed and they installed the wrong one which made there lines not work properly and the transmission line leak out all it fluid and ruined the transmission. I had to have a new transmission installed and the right aux cooler installed which cost me 5000.

There customer services gave me the run around for almost 3 week and just said we won't pay for this no have to take them to court have all the paper work for chevy with all the mistakes and what they did wrong.
