Cubbie Took car in. Asked to be notified before any work was done. After three days sent tow truck to take car to someone else and was charged 300 dollars for diagnostics. I think that is unfair and WRONG!

Took car with broken serpentine belt in. Asked to be called before anything was done. After three days sent a tow truck to get car to take it elseware since I never heard from them and i need my car. They charged me 300 dollars for diagnostics. When i asked to be called. I think this is a terrible way to treat a repeat customer. And a wrong way to do business. I just want people to know how they do ya there.
