America's Transmission Experts in Katy Tx attempted to make transmission repairs on our vehicle. After picking up the vehicle, we had to be towed within hours to another repair facility where we found that several things were not done properly on our vehicle and one part was even missing.

Owner Sal Ruiz has protected himself from pursuits of any kind of small claims against him by having the consumer sign the ticket stating he can reposses the vehicle and offering a 2 year warranty. And I know as a frustrated consumer we never read things when we are in a hurry and tired of the run around.

So any kind of stop payment claims or credit card disputes do not protect the consumer. Consumers will be out all money given to Sal Ruiz because he will have the vehicle repossessed and you will have to pay repossession fees, admin fees and the orginal amount for your botched repair job.

Protect yourself from this business by not using them. Check the Houston-BBB. Google and Yelp reviews also reaffirm these complaints over and over again. I wish we had used these sources prior to making major repair decisions without due diligence.
