Ripoff went in for $99 special spent $1100

I had a squealing in one rear wheel. They told me the basic check was 29.99. If brake work needed they had a special for $99 or $119 for all 4 wheels.
They took it all apart on the lift parts everywhere, starting listing everything for all 4 wheels. Said nothing could be saved or reused. Said it was probably caused by the master cylinder malfunction and that added another 300 to the price.
It was in pieces and I had no choice. The final bill was $1100!
When I wa there there were 4 other customers and every one of them had the bills be higher than the 100 dollar quote from 400 to 700 dollars average. I think that is quite suspicious.
