Harassers liars cheats rude unprofessional

I have contacted drive many times to get them to lower my payments because I am not working. They sent me a letter stating they would help-They Lied. I have called and left many messages on their answering machines, no one seems to know what I am talking about.

I sent letters, no one responded. One guy called from his cell phone and I blocked my # out and called back. I told him who I was and he asked if I was kin to Michaael Jackson and started laughing. I find that racist and unprofessional!

They call my home after 9p at night. I told them what I could pay and they will not accept it. The invoices they send are wrong. The reps including the managers are very rude and inconsiderate. Everyone who has a complaint needs to send it to the Better Business Bureau of Texas because they have no complaints on their records!

I will not let them call my house and threaten anyone. I am getting ready to take action because this needs to stop. It is ridiculous and I and anyone who answers my phone will curse them out. They have been asked several times to stop calling the homes of references and my family has asked them to stop calling every 5-10 minutes.

For any rep at DRIVE, if you looking to make $1200 quota off of me, you will wait a long time.
