I ordered a grille for my Mazda 626 and they sent me the wrong grille

I requested a grille for my Mazda 626 plus they delivered me the incorrect grille. They explained that I requested the incorrect component. They needed me to pay for to ship the incorrect component back and our conversation was completed through email without any customer support telephone number. The corporation is Keystone Automotive Sectors in New York and that I am calling New York Attorney General and also the Charlotte Better Business Institution to document grievances so individuals are conscious of the possible lack of customer support as well as their rejection to take responsibility for their errors.
